1. Preparing to list — Before listing, I’ll preview your home in-person. We’ll talk about the cost-benefit of any upgrades you might want to tackle and discuss your ideal timeline. The main goal is to determine what needs to be done to really make your home shine for potential buyers. 

2. Setting a competitive priceDetermining an expert list price is key when it comes to sales strategy. I’ll dive deep into local market data and the current competitive landscape to set you up for success from the get-go.

3. Marketing and promoting — Creative marketing is one of the top skills I bring to the table.  I have a deep knowledge of proven tactics and strategies, both in digital and traditional channels. From open houses to social media marketing, your listing will get the attention it deserves.

4. Showing off your home — It’s crucial to be show-ready when your home is active on the market. We’ll talk through the ins and outs of what that looks like for you and your family and how to make it work for your lifestyle. And to ensure potential buyers can envision themselves living in your home, I offer complimentary staging and professional photography for all of my sellers.

5. Negotiating through closing — Once you’ve accepted an offer on your home, there’s much more to be done before sitting down at the closing table. I’ll hold your best interests in mind as we go through the process of negotiations, the inspection, appraisal, title work, and anything else that might come up. Bottom line, I’ll be right by your side until the end.
